Refund Policy
At Quran Hidaya, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional Quranic learning experience to our valued students. We recognize that situations may arise that necessitate refunds or course cancellations. Our refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms and procedures for such circumstances:
Course Fees and Payment:
- Course fees are clearly stated in each course listing and must be settled before the commencement of the first class session.
- We accept various payment methods, including, recurring bank deposits and UPI.
- Registration is considered complete only after all applicable fees have been paid or authorized by the registrant’s employer.
Refund Policy:
- If you opt to discontinue the course before it commences, a full refund (100%) of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
- No refund or credit will be issued if you withdraw from the course after the subscription date has passed.
- Subscription cancellations require a 30-day notice. Failing to provide advance notice will result in a charge for the total monthly payment.
- Makeup classes can be scheduled upon customer request for a $5 charge. The first two makeup classes are complimentary.
- We do not offer makeup classes for more than three classes in a given subscription month.
- Refunds for religious holidays such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are not provided.
Trial and Miscellaneous:
- Up to 3 free trial classes are extended, each with a 30-minute session, exclusively for new customers.
- Free trials are not available for existing customers, course changes, or teacher requests.
- While we do not encourage gift payments to teachers, exceptions may be considered upon request.
Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be made in writing and include the student’s and customer’s full names, along with the course title.
- Submit the refund request via email to support@quranhidaya.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-4 weeks after receiving the refund request.
Course Cancellation Requests:
- All requests for course cancellation or plan changes must be made in writing and include the student’s and customer’s full names, along with the course title.
- Submit the cancellation request via email to support@quranhidaya.com or open a support ticket.

Important Rules for Makeup Classes:
- To cancel a class, inform your teacher on Zoom/Skype or email us at least 5 hours prior to avail the makeup class.
- Makeup classes are limited to 3 per membership month.
- Makeup class requests cost $5, and the first two makeup classes are free.
- Makeup classes for missed classes require an official request based on exceptional circumstances.
Terms & Conditions of Fee:
- After the successful completion of free trial sessions, course fees will be charged in advance.
- Quran Hidaya reserves the right to annually increase fees by 7-8%.
- Classes may be discontinued for overdue payments of more than seven days.
- Classes may be canceled for students absent for more than two weeks without prior notice.
Refundable Fees Policy:
- Refunds are provided based on the stage of course completion.
- Detailed refund percentages are applicable for different stages of course discontinuation.
